Pizza – Mint and Onion

if you don’t have any ready made pizza dough or if you don’t want to wait an eternity for the dough to rise, you can have a good pizza in about 5 minutes.

Get some flour and put some olive oil on it. (I used a mix of white and brown flour)

Add some baking powder

Mix with your fingers  (I use latex gloves for that, I hate dough in my nails!)

Mix till it looks like breadcrumbs

Add some beer (drink the rest)

kneed the dough till you make a little ball

Flatten it and give it a round shape (if that is what you like) with a rolling pin

Get some mint

Slice some onion and spread it all over you pizza
