Cheese and Sobrasada Sticks

This is really easy to make, even easier if you’ve got a huge oven, that way, it’s all done in one batch.

Get half a glass of vegetable oil and put that in a bowl

Then get half a glass of beer and drink the rest

put the beer with the oil

Then sprinkle some flour in the bowl (you can use a sieve to do this), I think it’s about a glass

Mix and add flour till the dough is consistent

Divide the dough and add grated cheese on top of one part of the dough and mix well

Make sticks

coat them with beaten egg

Sprinkle some more grated cheese on top and put them in the oven

Take the second part of dough and add some “sobrasada” that’s typical from Mayorca, but you could add anything you like, really. Any other paste will do; I suppose Paté/foi, should be OK too.

Mix that,  make sticks again, coat them with beaten egg and put them in the oven
