Get a slice of fresh salmon and slightly fry it in a little butter
Add some brandy/cognac (I ran out of brandy so I added a bit of whisky)
When the salmon is ready, take the bones out
and put the fish in the blender
Add some slices of smoked salmon
some white pepper, salt and olive oil
add some fresh cream
I must have forgotten to take a picture of the dip in a little serving dish, but it doesn’t matter; you can see the result in the blender.
this is really nice, served on little toasts and you can add caviar or similar as a topping.
