Again, this is a variation… but nince nonetheles… it’s different, it has apple in it.. weird but nice.
Olive oil in the pan and some sliced up “panceta” that’s bacon, thick and greasy.
Then some chopped up onion
Then chop some apple
Add it to the pan
Fry up a little more and then add a spoonful of flour
Mix well and don’t let the flour burn
Get the spices out: Salt and Nutmeg and add some in the pan.
Get some milk in the pan
Don’t just leave it there… keep string till it thickens
If you’ve made too much, don’t worry, take some out of the pan and put it in a container, you can freeze that.
Now get your pasta in the pan (pasta should have already beeN cooked)
Then get an egg in too
