This is easy too…. what is not?
Get your ribs:
Cut them up to your liking
Put them somewhere you can leave in the fridge overnight
Get your spices: Olive oil (of course), nutmeg, cayenne salt, rosemary and a spoonful of honey
Put that in a bowl or plate… and add some sliced garlic cloves
Put all that mixture on top of the ribs
Mix well. You’ll have to use your hands to make sure they all get coated. When you’re done, cover it and put it in the fridge to marinate till you do the barbecue.
Light your barbecue
Barbecue your ribs
and eat up
