I was hungry, it was dinner time and I felt very lazy, so lazy I didn’t even want to defrost anything or think about making something nice so I made this which turned out to be not only nice but nourishing too.
I chopped up some slices of Parma Ham
and lightly fried it up in olive oil
then I added some frozen peas
I chopped up a vegetable stock cube and got a spoonful of semola mixed with mini bits of dried vegetables (one way of hiding vegetables from my kid)
I added that to the pan
Added some mini noodles (Fideos)
I closed the pan and cooked that for about 3 minutes.
A bit greenish but good.
