Always have some chocolate at hand… always.. you might want to use if on cakes, biscuits or on somebody… your choice
Right, first get a tablet of chocolate and a pestle.
Smash the chocolate whilst it’s still in the wrapper and put the chunks in a bowl
Get some water
And put that with the chocolate
put the bowl in the microwave and melt the chocolate
Mix well till smooth
Add some butter (I added salted butter)
Mix the butter with the warm chocolate
Add a small spoon of coffee powder and some salt
Your chocolate cover is ready:
Let it cool down so that it thickens before applying to a cake, it will be easier.
