Chocolate Cake with biscuits – Easy peasy

This is everybody’s favourite for some reason; “sod real cakes”, they all say, “give me that Biscuit Cake! And give it to me now!”

This is very easy to make.  This s the children’s version, for adults, you should use coffee instead of cocoa milk.

Let’s sart.

First you have to make some chocoalte covering…

Now let’s start for real:

whip some cream

Get some rectangular biscuits and measure the layout of them on the tray so you have an idea of how big you want your cake.

Mix some cocoa powder with some milk

Light dip a biscuit in the milky chocolate (only the top side of it)

Place on the tray face up and do the same with other biscuits till you have your first layer of biscuits

Get some chocolate pudding (or mousse); anything chocolaty and runny is good.

Cover your first layer of biscuits with that

Add some bits of whipped cream on top

And spread to cover the choclate

Start the same process again with the biscuits

This is when you have a few layers

Get your chocolate covering

And cover the top of the cake and the sides
