This is everybody’s favourite for some reason; “sod real cakes”, they all say, “give me that Biscuit Cake! And give it to me now!”
This is very easy to make. This s the children’s version, for adults, you should use coffee instead of cocoa milk.
First you have to make some chocoalte covering…
let me see, here’s the recipe : Chocolate Cover for cakes
Now let’s start for real:
whip some cream
Get some rectangular biscuits and measure the layout of them on the tray so you have an idea of how big you want your cake.
Mix some cocoa powder with some milk
Light dip a biscuit in the milky chocolate (only the top side of it)
Place on the tray face up and do the same with other biscuits till you have your first layer of biscuits
Get some chocolate pudding (or mousse); anything chocolaty and runny is good.
Cover your first layer of biscuits with that
Add some bits of whipped cream on top
And spread to cover the choclate
Start the same process again with the biscuits
This is when you have a few layers
Get your chocolate covering
And cover the top of the cake and the sides
Decorate and eat
I’m not that good at decorating….
