Ok… let’s start, get your turkey in chunks:
And season with Oregano, Estragon, Fennel Seeds, Sage, Salt
Put that in the pan (olive oil first, please) and lightly fry while you get on with other things
Slice some onion and courgette, (courgete skin and all)
When the meat has changed colour, add the onion and courgette in the pan.
See?? it’s cooking..
While the above gets going, you cut some potato into chunks and when the veggies are soft, you throw the potatoes in.
Then add some frozen peas.
Add some water to just cover the ingredients in the pan.

This is actually very light.. I was still hungry afterwards .. Maybe it’s because it was turkey and not pork… it’s lighter so less filling
