Lentil and chickpeas stew with chard and chorizo

Soak your chickpeas and lentils overnight

The following day you fry up some onion in olive oil

Then get the rest of your stuff ready:  diced up potato, chorizo and morcilla (no skin for the morcilla, please)

First you add the chorizo and the morcilla in the pan

While that gets going, you rinse your chard

and cut it up

Then you add the potato:

and then add the chard, tough bits

and soft bits

and add that to the pan

Ten you add some pimentón (Paprika) and some salt

and mix

Then you add the chickpeas and lentils

add a spoonful of flour

and mix

Add water

and cook for about 40 minutes
