Peanut Butter and Banana Biscuits

This is simply yummy.  They’re not crunchy though but nice.

2 cups of sugar and a bit of cinnamon

a cup of peanut butter

In they go in a bowl:

Then you add some vanilla in there too

And a banana:

and an egg:

You mix it all

Add a couple of spoons of flour

and a smaller spoon of baking powder

Mix it all and then with a spoon, place some of that dough (spaced up) on a baking tray

Place in the oven

and when they’re ready, get them out and leave to cool a bit.

Once they’re a bit cool and still soft, make a groove on them with your finger so that you can place some chocolate spread on them later

You can sprinkle some salt on top of the chocolate if you like, I did, but to tell the truth I think they would have been better if I had sprinkled some of those colourful chocolate thinggies on top.

yummy, I wouldn’t know how to keep them, maybe an airtight tin but I didn’t even have time to wonder about that.. they were gone in a couple of hours!
