Sweet Cheeseless Mini Pizza

This is easy to make and it’s nice too inspite of being a bit weird.

Let me see, that’s 300 gr of flour

mp1

then about 150 of beer (I know, the picture indicates less, but I added more)

mp3

100 of oil – any oil will do

mp2

Mix everything together… and if you like, you can add some salt to that and a few cumin grains too

mp5

After kneading it:

mp4

Extend the dough

mp6

Add a bit of tomato sauce, if you don’t have any fried tomato or ready made tomato sauce, I’m sure you have some ketchup, use that if you like.

mp7

Cut up some fresh mint and if you don’t have any, then use anything else you have at hand

mp8

See? dough, tomato and chopped mint

mp9

Now we get down to business:

Cut some pepper in thin slices,

mp10

Spread that on the dough

mp11

then slice some onion

mp12

Add some maple syrup and mix it well with your hands

mp13

Add that to the dough

mp14

Then get an apple

mp15

and slice it thinly

mp16

add that to the dough

mp17

get some bacon or ham or saussage or whatever you have at home and chop it up. (I used bacon)

mp18

Again.. add that to the dough

mp19

Put it in the oven and take it out before it starts going brown.

Voilá!
