Yes.. I know that it’s supposed to have white wine… but I didn’t have any..
The first thing to do is clean them up a bit with a knife, removing all the weeds that stick out of them. Only put the open ones in the pan.
Add a big slice of lemon, some paprika (Pimentón), 2 gloves of garlic with a cut and then pour some lambrusco on top.
Close the pan and cook.
In a normal pan, it’s about 10 minutes with a gentle heat. In my pan it was 3 minutes.
Once ready, pour the lot in a big serving dish and just go along and enjoy.
Easy peasy dinner and healthy too, full of proteins and no fat whatsoever!
