Grilled Chicken Breast Fillet, quick and easy

Ok, this one is simple too and to tell the truth, it’s nice; it has a lovely rosemary flavour.  No salt.

 

Get some fresh romsemary and put it in the pan with some olive oil.  Lightly fry that.

Get the fillets of the chicken breasts, cover them in flour

Put them in the pan and grill them on both sides till you like the colour of that.

When you’re done.  Put the fillets on a plate and serve.

I made that for my daughter because she has an upset tummy.  You can serve that with some mashed potato or some plain white rice or some toast.
