Simple and Crunchy Courgettes

There is nothing like simple courgettes, no fussing, no messing, just courgette cut into thick slices.

Instructions:

  • Cut into thick triangles, squares or whatever you like.
  • Keep the skin on
  • Lightly fry in a little olive oil
  • Add some salt
  • Close the pan and leave for 1 minute
  • Open the pan
  • Serve on a plate
  • Add some salt again
  • Add some Olive oil
  • Add some Basil  and that’s it.

Just serve and eat it hot.
