International Chicken

I’m not very good with spices, so I use what I have at hand and then just pray that it’s edible.  This time it was.

Get some chicken and put that in a pan with a bit of olive oil.  I looked in my drawer of spices and found a packet of Romana spices and Turkish Spices so I added a bit of each.  Those a pre-prepared packets so I haven’t got a clue what’s inside.  I added a bit of salt and then fried the chicken till the skin was golden.

 

Then I added some onion.

 

Then I added some sliced carrots and courgette

 

I added a bit of Amaretto and a bit of water.

 

I programmed my pan to function as an oven and I left it all there for 20 minutes.
