Lunch without cooking

Mix all this in a bowl: white beans (rinsed), can of tunna, tomatoes in chunks, agar-aagar seaweed, salt, parsley, herbes de provinces and vinegar and some sunflower seeds.

(Soak that seaweed in water and drain before adding that to the bowl)

And eat up!

You could add hard boiled egg but the electricity’s been cut off; aparently due to some maintenance work!

That better be fixed soon, I want to make more good and patient waffles.
